Common questions
Grant Screen Time permission+
Unfeed needs Apple’s Screen Time (Family Controls) permission to block apps. If you skipped it, open Settings → Screen Time and make sure it’s on, then reopen Unfeed and allow access when prompted.
Blocking isn’t working+
Make sure you granted Screen Time access, selected at least one app to block, and turned Blocking on. Screen Time features only work on a real iPhone — not in the Simulator.
Manage or cancel your subscription+
Unfeed Pro is billed through your Apple Account. To manage or cancel, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Unfeed. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access stays until the current period ends.
Restore a purchase+
If you’ve reinstalled or switched devices, open the Unfeed paywall and tap “Restore Purchases” to bring back your Pro access on the same Apple Account.
I forgot my Kid Mode PIN+
If Face ID is enabled you can use it to exit Kid Mode. Otherwise, contact us and we’ll help you recover access.
Delete your data+
Almost all Unfeed data lives on your device — deleting the app removes it. For anything held for your subscription or a support request, email us and we’ll take care of it.
