Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Unfeed mobile application and the website at unfeed.net (together, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Unfeed is a focus and screen-time app for iPhone that helps you reduce distraction by shielding apps you choose and providing focus modes, statistics and related features. Unfeed relies on Apple’s Screen Time frameworks and is intended as a wellbeing tool, not a security or parental-control guarantee.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you enable Kid Mode for a minor, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Unfeed offers optional paid subscriptions (“Unfeed Pro”). Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple’s policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our consent.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos and content, is owned by Unfeed and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the App Store terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Unfeed is a wellbeing aid and does not guarantee any particular reduction in screen time or outcome, and it should not be relied upon as a foolproof method of blocking access to apps or content. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with every device or iOS version.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfeed and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the operator of Unfeed is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
